    PRESTON CROWMARSH

    Preston Crowmarsh is also called Crowmarsh Battle, a name originating in the time when the estate was given by William the Conqueror to the monks of Battle Abbey, near Hastings. The name Preston Crowmarsh originated as Priest’s Crowmarsh.
